Line of sight NOT the issue

I think a lot of us grieving mothers can agree , we try our hardest to figure out things when it comes to our children and especially when they are killed in crashes. We want to know the whole truth to what lead up to their death. It’s a process I think we all can agree we go through and have to go through. Even though I know the driver stated “I was at the end of Crumbaugh Road headed to Walmart, I looked left a white car passed , Then I looked right and it looked clear

then I took off next I seen a glimpse of a motorcycle and then heard it hit “. Clearly this driver failed to look twice before “taking off”

Even though I know line of sight was not the cause of my sons death driver clearly stated what they did. Lawyers keep stating that the line of sight was the issue. Because of a VP of Adena Ridge HOA

had her board and the home owners vote to clean up those pine trees on the side of roadway that grew along Crumbaugh Road. going through all videos and pictures I had taken before they cleaned up the pines, I still can clearly see the traffic coming East on 460. with camera on my phone running , I would slow it down and freeze it to see.

Those pines was never an issue and I have always disagreed with them (lawyers), after talking with them again they admitted to me reason behind them saying because they posted on social media about this they are claiming to be responsible for the crash. One lawyer stated to me “ someone has to be held responsible for your sons death “. This disturbs me to hear a law firm stating that.

So knowing the responsible party is the driver even if a line of sight was the issue, it’s every driver responsibility to position their vehicle to an area where there is no line of sight issue. no obstruction of any source.

As I am recording and moving my truck slowly down Crumbaugh Road from the location where stop sign is , to better gain Vision of the roadway (to even make a left or right turn) you have to pull to the end of Crumbaugh Road, driver stated that they did so. I freeze my video

where you can clearly see the grown up pine trees And clearly see they are not hanging out blocking the sight of 460,

this picture I am at the end of Crumbaugh Road

this is the position I have to be at to even make a left or right turn onto 460. here you can see there is no line of sight issue from the pine trees.

As many times I watched videos looked at pictures and drove this area before the removal of the pines I know they are not the issue

so now I am on the quest in figuring out why the driver failed to look twice before turning left

unless the driver can give me that reason I am stuck at if the driver would have took time and took another look my son would be here today.
